Relational conversations

Your journey starts here

What helps people stay connected to themselves, to others, and to what truly matters when life becomes difficult?

What I've learned is that resilience, responsibility, and emotional stability don't arise in isolation. They are shaped by context, by the presence of safety, predictability, dignity, and relational support.

My work today is centered around conversation. A space to pause, reflect, and see more clearly what is happening within our relationships, in our families, and in the systems we are part of. This is not therapy in the traditional sense. It is a space for conversation, reflection, and human interaction.

  • In your relationships
  • In your family
  • In your work
  • Within yourself

Sometimes a single conversation is enough. Sometimes it opens something that wants to continue.

About me

I am a physician and international practitioner bringing together medical expertise and a deep understanding of human connection and growth. I work internationally and conduct all conversations in English. I divide my time between Florida and Stockholm.

For many years, I practiced medicine, working to understand and treat illness. Over time, it became clear that much of what shapes our well-being begins elsewhere.

Having studied various perspectives on relationships and human development, what remains is not a method, but a way of listening. A way of staying present with what is, without rushing toward solutions.
